Who we are
RAS Thermal Co., Ltd. ("RAS Thermal", "we") manufactures superalloy bar, plate, strip, wire and forgings. We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
What we collect
Enquiry data. When you submit a contact, sample or request-for-quote form we receive the fields you fill in, typically name, company, work email, optional phone number and country, plus the message or technical specification you send. Forms are delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our company mailbox.
Analytics data. We use PostHog for product analytics. It records anonymous interaction events such as page views, and whether a form was viewed, started or submitted, together with the referring source (referrer host and campaign parameters such as utm_*). The contents of the forms themselves are never sent to analytics, so your name, email, company and message go only to our mailbox.
Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard access logs (IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation; to understand in aggregate which pages and sources are useful, so we can improve them; and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies and local storage
PostHog sets a first-party cookie and uses local storage to distinguish sessions and to remember the source that brought you here. Where your jurisdiction requires consent for analytics cookies, we rely on it; you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the site.
Who else processes it
Three service providers process data on our behalf: Web3Forms (form delivery), PostHog (product analytics) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each processes data under its own terms. We do not share enquiry data with anyone else except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the commercial relationship and to meet accounting and quality-record obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregate.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
